Sedona is a portal — a place where the veil thins and the body listens more closely.
We gather during the Aries New Moon, a time of inward turning, deep intuition, and new beginnings. Together, we’ll create space to release what no longer belongs to you and gently plant seeds for the next chapter of your life.
This retreat is designed for nervous system restoration, embodied clarity, and soulful renewal.

This is a spacious, feminine container — intentionally unhurried and deeply nourishing.
You’ll be supported through:
• Women’s circles and sacred sharing
• Somatic breathwork and yin practices
• Slow flow yoga and embodied movement
• Meditation, sound healing, and ritual
• Astrology and lunar intention setting
• Hiking + time in nature, rest, and reflection
• Optional bodywork and massage
• Nourishing, grounding meals for your unique digestion type

THE FLOW OF THE DAYS
Day One · Arrival & Grounding
We begin by slowing down.
The first day is devoted to decompression and settling into the body. Through women’s circle, nourishing meals, gentle yin, somatic breathwork, journaling, and sound healing meditation, you’ll be guided out of the mind and into presence.
This is the soft landing.
Day Two · Expansion & Choice
The day unfolds at your pace.
Choose between guided hiking through Sedona’s sacred landscape or poolside rest and integration. We’ll gather for slow flow yoga, meditation, and astrology to work consciously with the New Moon energy. Optional massage and bodywork will be available for deeper relaxation.
This is where clarity begins to emerge.
Day Three · Awakening & Expression
We continue with spacious options for rest, movement, and reflection.
Our final evening culminates in a nervous-system-awakening, feminine power, kundalini-style dance experience — a celebration of embodiment, aliveness, and liberation.
This is remembrance through movement.

Lauren Bernard is an experienced retreat facilitator, guiding individuals in alignment, transformation, and self-discovery. She blends astrology and somatic practices to create a safe, soulful, and deeply nourishing retreat experience. At The Remembering, she supports you in releasing what no longer serves you and stepping fully into your power.
